General information

The General Services Administration (GSA) supports government operations by constructing, managing, and maintaining federal buildings, as well as leasing and overseeing commercial real estate. Through its acquisition solutions, the GSA provides government agencies and the military with access to private sector professional services, equipment, supplies, and IT resources. Additionally, the GSA fosters efficient government operations and promotes best management practices by developing policies that apply across federal agencies.

  • A MATOC (Multiple Award Task Order Contract) and an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) are highly competitive government contracting mechanisms used by the General Services Administration (GSA) to procure construction and other services efficiently.
  • MATOCs involve awarding contracts to multiple qualified vendors who then compete for individual task orders, while IDIQs provide flexible, on-demand contracting for a variety of services. These contracts are awarded based on stringent requirements, including technical expertise, proven performance, and capacity to meet demanding project specifications.
  • In 2024, Efficio Construction Services was proud to be awarded both a MATOC in Region 10 and an IDIQ in Region 7 by the GSA, highlighting the company’s ability to excel in rigorous selection processes and deliver outstanding results for government projects.
