Appaloosa Business Complex
- The Appaloosa Office complex is a 4-acre design build new development.
- Phase one is a multi-use 12,000 sq. ft facility.
- This includes a 6,000 sq ft anchor business with a mezzanine and four rental suites.
- Phase 2 includes a 10,000 sq ft warehouse and an additional 10,000 sq ft retail business storefront.
- Efficio worked with the client through all stages of the project. First and foremost, by understanding their long-term needs, and then by identifying a suitable location. Efficio collaborated with the architects and engineers during development, ensuring the clients goals were met in an economical manner and that the final design would exceed expectations.
- Efficio oversaw all phases of construction, from sourcing the sub-contractors, to quality control, delivering the project in a timely and safe manner.
