Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) Reflooring

  • The Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) is a  community college on a public tribal land-grant. It features 2 traditional style residential facilities which were in need of repair and improvement.
  • The project consists of the abatement of all below ceiling asbestos in the student dorms, buildings #113 and #114 at Southwest Indian Polytechnic Institute.  
  • The abatement was followed by the demolition of all existing flooring which included removing carpet, VCT, and ceramic tile.
  • The demolished flooring will be replaced by commercial-grade vinyl luxury tile and cove base. 
    The total square footage of flooring to be installed is approximately 80,000.
